Malia started playing volleyball when she was 11 years old and it has been a part of her life ever since. Throughout her high school and college career, Malia has earned all league, state and conference honors.

She has been coaching volleyball since 2004. She hopes to teach not only skill and comprehension to the girls she coaches, but also a love for the game.
